All orders ship within one business day from the time they are placed. We ship from our California, USA warehouse. We offer FedEx Ground, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx International Express. We may ship via USPS for PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Ground shipping normally takes 5 business days or less for delivery within the continental United States.

We accept returns that are in brand new and unused condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before they are shipped back to us. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. We only accept returns for items purchased through ActionProGear.com
