I've been training and teaching for over 30 years and have tried all sorts of innovative equipment over the years. These thigh pads are a must for any serious martial artist, teacher or coach. They really open up doors for fluidity in combinations without having to reach down to hold pads for low kicks (which is a horrible habit to get into if you are a fighter). The pads are easy to use and have taken the best kicks from my most powerful students without causing discomfort to the wearers.
